The Victory Show 2018 – Relic Display and WW2 Aircraft!

For the past few years I have put on a display of ground dug WW2 relics at The Victory Show, Cosby, Leicestershire. It runs for three days over the first weekend in September and is a truly great WW2 show. Lots and lots of WW2 vehicles, re-eanctors, battlefield, trade stalls, food, drink, tank rides, flight line tours, air display……and its very own runway where the WW2 aircraft land!

This year was no exception and I put on another display of ground dug WW2 relics. This year I took along some of the finds from series one of WW2 Treasure Hunters. It was great to meet so many people who have enjoyed the show, and all were very pleased to hear a new series will be airing very soon. If you were one of those people who dropped by, thanks for your support and kind words!

Anyway, here are some pictures of the show. I’m afraid I didn’t have time to take many pictures of the vehicles or equipment on display, (there was an absolute ton of it though!), as I was on my own on my stall so couldn’t get away. Plus one day was spent filming.

First off my display. History Channel very kindly supplied some great banners…..

They even did a static line parachute drop on to the battlefield! Of course I had to try and capture the men jumping out….
