WW2 Relic Retrieval & Preservation Group
After many years of hunting for and preserving world war 2 relics on my own, I had made friends with a number of other people who were passionate about world war 2 relics. We decided to pool resources so, back in 2011, formed the world war 2 Relic Retrieval & Preservation group.
The aim of the group was to bring together like minded people to discuss sites, preservation methods and help each other identify world war 2 relics. The group has gone from strength to strength and now has over 60 members, from as far afield as Australia and the US.
Regular group digs are organised to allow group members to get together to recover world war 2 relics from particularly important sites. The group has a very active Facebook page and we are always looking for more members so, if recovering world war 2 relics is your passion, use the ‘Contact’ page to get in touch!
