I do hope you liked the show last night. Here are some pictures of some of the things shown in the show, along with lots of others that weren’t! We recovered a huge amount of parts from the JU88, and my thanks go to Eric, Russell and Nick for allowing us to film the recovery of this aircraft.

You incorrectly identified it as a Schnellbomber, but the SO range of JU88 did not appear until 1944.

Many thanks for your comment. During the post production period of the show, a great deal of research was undertaken to ensure all facts presented were accurate. Whilst I wasn’t party to this fact checking process, I have no issue at all with calling the JU88 a ‘Schnellbomber’, given my own research. I cite the following for your review and information. If you could provide a reference citing your comments I would be most interested in reading it.
